29th & Welton Denver

Currently under development, 62 affordable for-sale units, with six stories of steel and concrete construction and 4,000 square feet of commercial space.

Aspen Club, Aspen

A five-acre mixed-use development with 144,248 square feet of indoor space offering the highest-level club experience and 20 three and four-bedroom guestrooms.

Cambria Columbia SC

Choice Hotels International completed this 144 key new build in Columbia, South Carolina, nearby to the state capitol and USC. The design-build project is 82,000 square feet and exceeded expectations in both budget and schedule.

Cambria Hotel New Haven University Area

Only blocks away from the Yale campus and downtown New Haven, this 78,000 square feet and 130-key, new build’s design was a nod to the inventors and innovators of the local New Haven community.

Everhome Suites Corona

As the first Everhome Suites in the country, this property resulted in numerous positive prototype refinements. The space is 49,500 square feet and 98 keys, this project was completed successfully during the COVID-19 pandemic with smart navigation and reliable vendors.

Hotel Commonwealth Boston

A $50 million dollar expansion and renovation project that added 96 guest rooms for a total of 245. The new wing overlooks Fenway Park and added 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including 1,500 square foot outdoor terrace, bringing the hotel's total to 10,000 square feet.

Four Seasons Hotel, Denver

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver was due for a renovation of the guest rooms, the lobby, food and beverage, spa, and restaurant. HighSide completed the updates to this luxury property despite challenges during the pandemic. and the reopening of the property was a great success.

Hilton Garden Inn Casper

Just off of I-25 the Hilton Garden Inn Casper was a full renovation including all guest rooms, public spaces, restaurant, lobby bar, indoor pool and event space. The new and sleek look includes guest rooms with mountain view wallpaper and a modern color palate.

Radisson Blu Mall of America

HighSide is currently managing the full renovation of this elegant hotel attached to the Mall of America, featuring 500 guest rooms, 26,300 square feet of meeting space, food and beverage, an indoor pool, and a fitness center.

San Rafael – Tribute by Marriott

This 235-room property, formerly known as Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael Marin County, will relaunch as A Tribute by Marriott Hotel following a full renovation. Slated to open spring of 2025, this downtown hotel is located between San Francisco and Napa Valley.

Sonesta Portfolio

HighSide has been trusted to complete four hotel conversions into the Sonesta portfolio. We are currently overseeing the following renovations: a Candlewood to a Sonesta Simply Suites in Fort Worth and Dallas Richardson, a Courtyard to Sonesta Select, and a TowePlace Suites to Sonesta ES Suites, also in Dallas Richardson.

The Curtis, Denver, CO

The Curtis – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Denver is known for its eccentric lobby, themed guest floors, and its mantra of Stay Happy. HighSide Project Management is overseeing a full renovation of the rooms and corridors, as well as approximately 30,000 square feet of meeting space.
